What is Nepal Payments MCP?

Nepal Payments MCP is a remote MCP server that lets any AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) accept payments in Nepal via Khalti’s hosted checkout. It supports Khalti wallet, eBanking, mobile banking, and cards. It acts as a stateless translation layer—funds flow directly from buyer to merchant via Khalti; the server never holds funds, stores credentials, or uses a database.

How to use Nepal Payments MCP?

Connect your AI agent to the MCP endpoint https://mcp-np.wishpool.app/mcp. Authenticate by sending the x-khalti-secret-key header with your live Khalti ePayment secret key (or use x-khalti-mode: sandbox with a test key from dev.khalti.com). Use the tools create_payment_link to generate an NPR hosted-checkout link and query_payment_status to check if a payment is paid.
