What is Uniprot Mcp?

Uniprot Mcp is an MCP server that wraps the UniProt REST API. It enables searching the UniProt knowledgebase, fetching protein entries and FASTA sequences, mapping identifiers between databases, resolving taxonomy, and searching UniRef clusters and proteomes.
