Health by Dr Brad

Health by Dr Brad works out a health plan from your own results: which screening is due at your age, and evidence-based suggestions, each with the reason and the published guideline or study behind it.

In your assistant you can ask what your plan says next, add measurements and lab results, file the results from a lab report you share in the chat, and correct a value entered wrongly. For a test our catalogue knows, the unit is checked before the result is saved, and a unit we do not recognise is refused rather than guessed.

Your data

Your record is a single file, health-roadmap.json, in your own Dropbox or Google Drive. To answer one request the server fetches that file with your permission, holds it in memory for that request, and writes it back if the request was a write. It stores none of it, and it never stores your cloud credential. Values are never deleted: a correction adds the new number and marks the old one entered-in-error, so your history stays auditable.

You can disconnect at any time at dropbox.com/account/connected_apps or myaccount.google.com/connections.

Tools

Tool	What it does
read_record	Returns your record: profile, measurements, lab values, medications, supplements, screenings and documents. Can narrow to one metric.
get_plan	Computes your plan from the record: current values, what screening or test is due, and suggestions with the reason and citations. Writes nothing.
add_measurement	Adds one core measurement (such as weight or blood pressure). One value per metric per day.
add_lab_values	Adds blood tests that are not core metrics, as printed, with units.
correct_value	Fixes a wrongly recorded value by adding a corrected row and marking the old one entered-in-error. Asks you to confirm first.
update_profile	Changes sex, birth year and month, or height. Asks you to confirm first.
report_feedback	Prepares a bug report or feature request for you to review and submit. Carries no health values.
import_documents	Reads lab files you put in your Dropbox app folder and waits for your confirmation before writing.
file_results	Takes the values read from one lab report you shared in the chat and waits for your confirmation before writing.
