What is Editor Eye StandAlone?

Editor Eye StandAlone is a Unity MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that gives AI assistants real visual feedback inside the Unity Editor. It screenshots the Game and Scene views, drives Play Mode with simulated keyboard/mouse input, steers SceneView cameras, inspects the UI, and runs C# code live — enabling AI to visually QA and play-test games rather than guessing at results. It is for Unity developers using AI coding assistants like Claude Code, Cursor, or Claude Desktop.

How to use Editor Eye StandAlone?

Install Editor Eye StandAlone via its installer, then configure it as an MCP server in your AI client. Once connected, invoke any of its 65 tools across scene editing, assets, animation, physics, and VRChat avatar/world workflows.
