What is CivilQuants?

CivilQuants is a deterministic, standards-aware quantification engine for civil engineering, accessible to any MCP-capable AI assistant. It returns structured Bills of Quantities aligned to chosen UK measurement standards (CESMM4, NRM2, SMM7, MMHW) with dimensioned drawings and every quantity traceable to its formula and inputs. Built by a working Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, it is designed for construction professionals and AI-assisted quantity take-off.

How to use CivilQuants?

Give it the dimensions, materials, and structure type for an assembly. Six assemblies are free and anonymous; a 7-day pass or subscription unlocks the full set of 46, plus Excel/DXF/PDF export, saved projects, and 10 senior-QS methodology prompts.
