What is Tender MCP?

Tender MCP finds, scores, and monitors government contract opportunities across UK, EU, and US markets. It uses AI-powered relevance scoring to help AI agents surface the most relevant opportunities instead of simple keyword matches. The service offers a free tier of 10 searches per month with no API key required.

How to use Tender MCP?

Connect by adding the server URL https://tender-mcp-production.up.railway.app to your MCP client configuration (e.g., Claude Desktop .mcp.json) or use the Smithery CLI command npx -y @smithery/cli@latest mcp add OjasKord/tender-mcp. LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, and LangGraph integrations are also documented.

It searches UK Contracts Finder (real-time), EU TED (real-time), and US SAM.gov (daily). Every response includes a `source_url` and `checked_at` timestamp.

No. The free tier (10 searches/month) requires no API key. Paid plans are available for higher usage.

Where does my query data go?

Tender MCP does not log or store your query content. Tender data is fetched directly from official government portals.

What happens if a government portal is down?

Government portal APIs experience occasional downtime. Errors include an explanation and retry guidance. Tender MCP’s own uptime is monitored every 5 minutes via a `/health` endpoint.
