  • Windows binaries not built (POSIX-only paths in regtest + signal handling); contributions welcome
  • Splice support has the BOLT-2 wire codec but the runtime state machine is a stub (#210)
  • Run a factory — follow tools/signet_setup.sh (works for testnet4 too)
  • Run the test orchestrator — python3 tools/test_orchestrator.py --scenario all exercises 36 multi-party scenarios
