What is Outside Agent?

Outside Agent is a hosted platform for building and publishing production AI agents that handle customer interactions over web, SMS, and phone, without setting up an SDK or managing infrastructure.

How it works

Connect to the Outside Agent MCP server (https://mcp.outsideagent.ai/mcp) from your coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or VS Code) and build, configure, and publish an agent without leaving your editor.
