概要

What is ntfy-me-mcp?

ntfy-me-mcp is an MCP server that enables AI assistants to send real-time notifications to devices via the ntfy.sh service, supporting both public and self-hosted ntfy instances with optional token authentication. It is designed for users who want to receive alerts when AI tasks complete, encounter errors, or reach milestones without constant monitoring.

How to use ntfy-me-mcp?

Configure the server in your MCP client using npx (npx -y ntfy-me-mcp) or Docker, setting the required NTFY_TOPIC environment variable and optionally NTFY_URL and NTFY_TOKEN. The server exposes two tools: ntfy_me for sending rich notifications and ntfy_me_fetch for polling and filtering cached messages from ntfy topics.
