概要

What is Nearius?

Nearius is a remote MCP server that connects your AI assistant to verified Spanish and European case law. Every answer includes ECLI citations and links to the official source (CENDOJ, BOE, EUR-Lex, HUDOC), so citations can be checked rather than trusted blindly.

The corpus contains more than 4,000,000 legal documents from official sources, pre-processed by AI agents to extract the ratio decidendi, separate background, reasoning and ruling, and link related decisions.

  • Legislation check against BOE consolidated text: whether an article exists, is in force or repealed, and its literal wording, including the version in force on a past date
  • Judicial and administrative deadline calculation, with national, regional and local holidays

  • Cadastral value tools: recalculate cadastral value (3,413 municipal schedules), audit IBI bills, compare with reference value
