What is Myrsu?

Myrsu is an MCP server that enables AI assistants to analyze single-company concentration risk for tech workers with RSU compensation. It is privacy-first, stateless, logs nothing, and persists no data—calculations run on Cloudflare’s edge or locally via stdio.

How to use Myrsu?

For HTTP-MCP clients (e.g., Claude Desktop, any HTTP client), paste the connector URL: https://myrsu-mcp.vidhidev.workers.dev/mcp. For stdio clients (Claude Code, Cursor, Continue, Cline), install globally via npx -y myrsu-mcp and use the command claude mcp add myrsu -- npx -y myrsu-mcp. Alternatively, add it as an MCP server in the client’s config with command: "npx" and args: ["-y", "myrsu-mcp"].

What data does Myrsu collect about my inputs?

None. The server is stateless, logs nothing, persists no data, and makes no third‑party calls. Your inputs transit through Cloudflare once and are not retained.

Can I run Myrsu entirely on my own machine?

Yes. Use the stdio install (npx -y myrsu-mcp) — all calculations happen on your hardware and never leave your device.

Which employers are covered by the presets?

The server includes presets for 40+ tech employers across categories: NVDA, TSLA, MSFT, GOOGL, META, AAPL, AMZN plus enterprise SaaS, cloud/data/security, semiconductors, consumer internet, fintech/crypto, and marketplaces/mobility.

What inputs does `myrsu_analyze_risk` accept?

It accepts any combination of cash, brokerage, retirement, vested stock, unvested RSUs, home value, mortgage, income, employer, tax rates, and country.

Is the output from Myrsu considered financial advice?

No. Volatility presets and historical drawdowns are approximations from public data; tax models are simplified. The tool provides a directional signal, not a substitute for a licensed financial advisor.
