HelpWell
HelpWell by Workado, LLC brings customer support and lifecycle email into your AI assistant. Connect your help desk, knowledge base, help docs, live chat support, contacts, and marketing automation for SaaS through one remote MCP server.
What you can do
- Review support tickets, summarize conversations, and draft helpful replies.
- Search the knowledge base and prepare help docs from recurring questions.
- Review contacts, segments, newsletters, and customer journeys.
- Prepare email marketing automation and onboarding email for SaaS.
- Review email setup using your configured Resend integration and Stripe-related workflows where that integration is enabled.
