Add the server URL https://mcp.goalmochi.com/mcp (or https://api.goalmochi.ai/mcp) to your MCP client. After connecting, you will be prompted to authenticate via OAuth (e.g., with a Google account). Then email story@GoalMochi.com with details about yourself and your goal, log into GoalMochi.com to schedule daily summaries, and email again for new stories, feedback, or to mark a goal as complete.

No. The Goal Story MCP Server is now a hosted HTTP server; you do not install or run it locally. Simply connect via the provided URL.
