What is Doorvault Ideal Scoring?

Doorvault Ideal Scoring provides real estate investment tools for AI assistants, powered by DoorVault IDEAL Scoring v2.0. It enables investors to ask Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI assistant whether a rental property deal is worth pursuing and get a structured verdict with attribution.

How to use Doorvault Ideal Scoring?

Install via pip install doorvault-mcp or run directly from source. For zero-install, connect through Smithery which proxies to DoorVault's hosted HTTP MCP endpoint. Configure in claude_desktop_config.json with the command doorvault-mcp or the Python module path. Calls can be anonymous (3 analyses/day per IP) or authenticated by setting a DOORVAULT_MCP_TOKEN environment variable for a 100/day tier.
