概要

What is Common Paper?

Common Paper is a contract platform for startups and growing businesses. Create agreements from standard templates, send them for e-signature, negotiate changes with recipients, and track everything in one place.

The Common Paper MCP server lets your AI assistant do that work for you, right from the conversation.

What you can do

  • Find agreements - look up agreements by type, status, created date, or recipient
  • Check status - see whether an agreement has been viewed or signed, and review its full history
  • Create and send - create NDAs, Cloud Service Agreements, DPAs, and other agreements from standard or custom templates, then send them for signature
  • Edit drafts - change the recipient, message, CC users, or Cover Page terms before you send
  • Manage sent agreements - resend, reassign, or void an agreement, or generate a shareable signing link
  • Download PDFs - pull a copy of any agreement
  • Manage templates - create, list, and update templates, custom templates, and custom terms
