ClosedLoop AI is the customer intelligence layer for product builders at B2B software companies. It reads the customer conversations your company already has (sales and success calls, support tickets, Slack threads, CRM notes and surveys) and turns them into product insights, each linked to the customers who raised it.

This remote MCP brings that evidence into your AI assistant, so you can ask what to build next and get an answer backed by real customers.

What you can do

• Rank product opportunities by how many customers raised them and the revenue behind them.
• Search product insights on any topic and read the original customer quotes.
• Open an opportunity to see its evidence and the affected customers.
• Look up a customer to see everything they have told you across calls, tickets and surveys.
• Get an overview of your feedback: insight and customer counts, deal blockers, churn and top categories.

How it works

1. Add https://mcp.closedloop.sh/ to your MCP client (Claude, Cursor, VS Code and other clients that support remote MCP).
2. Sign in with your ClosedLoop AI account (OAuth) and choose a workspace.
3. Ask your questions. The MCP is read-only: it never changes, deletes or sends anything.

You need a ClosedLoop AI account with connected sources such as Gong, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack or HubSpot.
