What is Archiet Xray?

Archiet Xray is an MCP server that exposes Archiet’s architecture-modeling and governance engine as tools for any MCP‑compatible AI assistant. It allows assistants to build ArchiMate blueprints, run regulatory compliance checks, and retrieve generated code artifacts without a custom integration. All data is scoped to the workspace tied to the user’s API key.

How to use Archiet Xray?

Configure the server in an MCP host (e.g., Claude Desktop) by adding an entry to claude_desktop_config.json with the python command, the path to mcp_server.py, and the environment variables ARCHIET_API_URL and ARCHIET_API_KEY. Once connected, the assistant can call the exposed tools directly.
