天氣預報包含未來 3 天與未來 1 週的溫度、相對濕度等逐時資料；雨量資料提供過去三天各測站的累積雨量（含多種時間間隔）。

如何設定重試與超時？

可在環境變數中自訂 `MAX_RETRIES`（預設 3）、`TIMEOUT_MS`（預設 10000）等參數，以控制 API 請求的重試行為。

資料來源是否即時更新？

天氣預報與雨量資料來自中央氣象局開放資料 API，其更新頻率由官方決定，伺服器本身不做快取，每次呼叫均直接向官方取得最新資料。
