Add real estate agent in the system, returns the id of the agent if successful.

Get real estate agent by id.

Publish an agent, making all the changes live on the website. This will also clear the cache for the agent.

Get real estate agent by First and Last Name.

Set the profile image for a real estate agent.

Update an existing agent in the system.

Add a new property to the system. This endpoint accepts a PropertyEntity object in the request body, which contains details about the property, including its address, agent information, price, sale type, and other relevant attributes. The method handles address validation, agent verification, and media management (images and videos) for the property. If successful, it returns a success response along with the newly created property's ID.

Add images to an existing property. This will clear all existing images and add the new ones. The first image will be set as the cover image. If successful, it returns the IDs of the newly added images. data => { id = 'image id', uriL = 'image uri L' }

Add a story item to an existing property. If successful, it returns a success response along with the story item id.

Add videos to an existing property. This will clear all existing videos and add the new ones. If successful, it returns the IDs of the newly added videos. data => { id = 'video id', uri = 'video uri' }

Delete a property.

Delete an image from an existing property.

Delete a story item from an existing property.

Get real estate property by id.

Add a single image to an existing property. This will NOT clear existing images. If successful, it returns a success response along with the image id.

Add a single video to an existing property. This will NOT clear existing videos. If successful, it returns a success response along with the video id.

Publish a property, making all the changes live on the website. This will also clear the cache for the property.

Get real estate property by address.

Remove subscription from website. This will stop the website from loading. You can always set any subscription back to the website.

Sets the website to the first available subscription for the company.

Creates a new website for the specified type (Agent or Property) and associates it with the given TypeId. The subdomain can be generated based on the provided Subdomain or the type's name. If successful, returns the ID of the newly created website. The template used will be the template set in company settings (see Account > Settings > Default Settings) or the system default template if none is set. The website model will be found in company settings (see Account > Settings > Default Settings) or the system default template if none is set.

Yuppsy is a website builder for real estate agents and agencies. With this MCP server, your AI assistant can create agent profiles, add property listings and publish ready-to-share websites. You don't need a designer or any code.

Typical workflow

  1. agent_add: create the agent (or) agent_search_by_name: lookup existing agent
  2. property_add: add the property details and connect the agent by setting AgentId
  3. property_add_images / property_add_videos: use urls for media
  4. website_create: create an agent or property website,

use Type = Property and TypeId = PropertyId or use Type = Agent and TypeId = AgentId
