Syncpen

A markdown knowledge base your AI can actually write in — search, draft, suggest edits you approve, comment, and publish to your CMS, with every agent edit signed.
Overview
What is Syncpen?
Syncpen is a markdown writing workspace that your AI can actually write in. It connects to Claude Code, Cursor, claude.ai, or Cowork and lets your agent search, read, draft, suggest edits you approve, comment, and publish in the same live documents you edit. Every agent edit is signed and yours to accept or reject, giving you an open, readable, and correctable memory — not an opaque store.
How to use Syncpen?
Add the Syncpen MCP server to your MCP configuration with the command npx -y syncpen-mcp and set the SYNCPEN_API_KEY environment variable. Obtain an API key from the Syncpen settings page, then confirm connectivity with /mcp. Once configured, you can invoke any of the 19 tools to search, read, create, update, suggest edits, comment, organize folders, and publish to CMS platforms.
