Ranomics Platform
@leowan7
Wet-lab triage for AI binder-design agents. Submit computational protein designs, get back yeast-display enrichment and called hits.
Overview
What is Ranomics Platform?
The Ranomics MCP server gives AI binder-design agents programmatic access to wet-lab validation through the Ranomics Platform. It is designed for workflows that need to triage thousands of computationally designed protein or antibody candidates before committing to per-sequence biophysics.
How to use Ranomics Platform?
Obtain a Bearer token from https://tools.ranomics.com/account/api-keys and configure the server with that token. Then invoke any of the seven tools: list_targets, estimate_cost, submit_experiment, get_experiment_status, get_experiment_quote, confirm_quote, or get_experiment_results.
Key features of Ranomics Platform?
- Programmatic access to wet-lab protein validation
- Supports yeast surface display, mammalian display, DMS
- Returns enrichment ratios, NGS counts, and called hits
- Designed for AI workflows with 10,000+ candidates
- Seven tools cover the full experiment lifecycle
- Uses streamable-http transport with Bearer token auth
Use cases of Ranomics Platform?
- Enrich top candidates from MPNN or RFdiffusion designs
- Triage BindCraft antibody candidates before biophysics
- Validate large panels of computationally designed proteins
- Integrate wet-lab screening directly into AI agent pipelines
FAQ from Ranomics Platform
