It is designed for researchers and clinicians who need unified access to diverse biomedical data.

How to use Biomcp?

Pull the Docker image with docker pull jackgucci/biomcp:0.8.22 and run the container exposing port 8080: docker run -d -p 8080:8080 jackgucci/biomcp:0.8.22. Verify the server is running by testing the health endpoint: curl http://localhost:8080/health.
