Overview

What is IncidentVault?

IncidentVault is incident reporting and claims management software for multi-location businesses. Its operational MCP endpoint gives an AI assistant the records the user is allowed to see, within their role and location limits.

What you can do

  • Open the interactive incident dashboard for your authorized workload
  • Find and review incidents, claims, tasks, risk checks and regulatory inspections
  • Check overdue follow-up tasks
  • Prepare changes as saved previews for a person to approve

Access and safety

  • Connect with OAuth. A tenant administrator must first enable IncidentVault tools (MCP Workspace) for the organization.
  • Results include record IDs, status, priority, dates and location IDs; names, narratives, medical details and attachments are excluded.
  • Write scopes are opt-in, and every modifying tool creates a saved preview that needs a human decision inside IncidentVault.
  • No administrative tools or arbitrary writes are exposed.

Connect

Add https://app.incidentvault.com/api/mcp/apps/server as a custom MCP connector in your AI client and sign in with your IncidentVault account. Provider-specific endpoints for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini are listed in the docs.

Frequently asked questions

1

What is the IncidentVault remote MCP server?

The IncidentVault remote MCP server is a hosted Model Context Protocol endpoint at https://app.incidentvault.com/api/mcp/apps/server, so AI assistants can connect to it without installing or running anything locally.

2

Which transport does the IncidentVault MCP server use?

IncidentVault exposes a Streamable HTTP endpoint, the transport used by remote MCP servers and supported by all major MCP clients.
