The HtAG Docs MCP Server is a public, no-auth discovery server from HtAG, an Australian property data platform. It lets an assistant list HtAG's MCP servers and their tools, browse REST endpoints, read full OpenAPI operations and list micro-agents before building against the API.
https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag-docs/mcpclaude mcp add htag-docs --transport http https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag-docs/mcpList the HtAG agent guides: name, uri, title, summary, updated date and source URL. Read 'calling-htag' with `get_guide` before planning HtAG data calls.
Return the full markdown of one HtAG agent guide: 'calling-htag' (call order, cost rules, paging, address keys, property types; read it first), 'costs' (billing units, rates, billing headers) or 'core-concepts' (place lookup, address keys and key spaces, levels, dates, null handling). The same content is served as the guide://<name> resources.
The HtAG data API rate card: list AUD per unit for each tier (Reference, Standard, Enhanced, Premium, Restricted) and each monthly volume band, linked-plan multipliers, the free allowance and an as-of date, plus how to read the `billing` receipt on htag tool results. Use it to estimate a call before making it: units x rate x plan multiplier. Also served as pricing://rate-card.
List every MCP server HTAG currently exposes. Each entry includes the server name, a short description, its mount path, and whether it is public (no auth required).
List every tool registered on a named MCP server. Use `list_mcp_servers` first to discover server names. Each entry includes the tool name, its description, and the JSON-Schema input.
List HTAG public REST endpoints. Optional `tag` (e.g. 'Markets', 'Property', 'Spatial') and `query` (substring against path / summary) filters. Returns path, method, operationId, tags, and summary for each match.
Return the full OpenAPI operation for one HTAG REST endpoint — parameters, requestBody, responses, examples. Use this BEFORE recommending an endpoint so your parameter hints match the live spec. Returns null if the endpoint is not in the catalogue.
List every callable HTAG micro-agent — turnkey agents that compose endpoint chains and apply HTAG methodology. Examples: 'suburb-analysis', 'suburb-comparison', 'comprehensive-dd'. Useful when a use case is best served by an existing agent rather than raw endpoint composition.
The HtAG Docs MCP Server is a public, no-auth MCP server from HtAG that lets an AI assistant discover HtAG's Australian property data platform: its MCP servers and tools, REST API endpoints with full OpenAPI details, and turnkey micro-agents.
HtAG is an Australian property intelligence provider. Its developer platform offers 89+ REST endpoints covering market analytics, property data, H3 spatial metrics, demographics and economics, four MCP servers with 75+ tools, and AI micro-agents for tasks such as suburb analysis. The Docs server is the free entry point: an agent can use it to work out which endpoint, tool or agent fits a use case, with parameters that match the live spec, before anyone signs up for a data plan. In Claude's directory it is listed as "HtAG Documentation".
The Docs server needs no API key, OAuth sign-in or account. Point your client at:
https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag-docs/mcp
claude mcp add --transport http htag-docs https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag-docs/mcp
Add HtAG Documentation from Claude's connector directory, or open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the URL above. No authentication step follows.

When you are ready to query data, HtAG's Intelligence and Spatial servers use OAuth in Claude and an x-api-key header in clients such as Cursor and ChatGPT; the main Intelligence endpoint is https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag/mcp.
The server has five tools in two groups.
MCP discovery. list_mcp_servers returns each HtAG MCP server's name, description, mount path and public flag. list_mcp_tools takes a server name from that list and returns every tool registered on it with its input schema.
API and agent discovery. list_api_endpoints lists HtAG's public REST endpoints, optionally filtered by tag or query, and returns path, method, operationId, tags and summary. get_api_endpoint returns the full OpenAPI operation for one endpoint; its description tells the model to call it before recommending an endpoint so parameter hints match the live spec. list_micro_agents lists the callable micro-agents, such as suburb-analysis, suburb-comparison and comprehensive-dd.
get_api_endpoint returns null. The endpoint isn't in the public catalogue; call list_api_endpoints with a tag or query to find the right path.list_mcp_tools finds nothing. Pass a server name exactly as returned by list_mcp_servers.Yes. It is hosted by HtAG on `api.htagai.com` and listed in HtAG's developer documentation and in Claude's directory as HtAG Documentation.
Yes. The Docs server is public and needs no account. Access to HtAG's data servers and REST API is covered by HtAG's own plans; see HtAG's pricing page.
Not for the Docs server. HtAG's Intelligence and Spatial MCP servers use OAuth in Claude and an `x-api-key` header elsewhere.
No. It returns information about HtAG's servers, tools, endpoints and agents. The data itself comes from HtAG's other MCP servers and REST API.
HtAG focuses on Australian property data.
Any client that supports remote Streamable HTTP MCP servers, including Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code.
The HtAG Documentation remote MCP server is a hosted Model Context Protocol endpoint at https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag-docs/mcp, so AI assistants can connect to it without installing or running anything locally.
Add the endpoint https://api.htagai.com/mcp/v1/servers/htag-docs/mcp to any MCP-compatible client such as Claude Code, Cursor, or VS Code. The setup snippets on this page configure each client in one step.
Authentication requirements for HtAG Documentation have not been confirmed in this listing. Check the provider’s documentation before connecting.
HtAG Documentation exposes a streamable-http endpoint, the transport used by remote MCP servers and supported by all major MCP clients.
