Build a Peppol BIS 3.0 invoice from seller + buyer (Danish VAT `DKxxxxxxxx` / CVR number, address) and line items (description, net unit price, VAT rate 25/0, quantity), then submit over Peppol via Storecove. Returns a submission `guid` + computed VAT totals (`taxable`, `vat`, `total`).

Fetch the proof of what was sent and the Peppol delivery status by `guid`.
