What is AI Website Auditor?

AI Website Auditor is an MCP server for website-auditor.io. It lets any MCP client (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and others) check whether AI assistants recommend a business, and who they name instead.

Ask your agent "does ChatGPT recommend my business?" or "how do I stack up against my competitors?" and it answers with measured data: an AI visibility score from 0 to 100, a breakdown across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, and the competitor that appears in your place.

How to use it

It runs with npx, so there's nothing to clone or build. Add this to your client's MCP config:

You can start without a key. Ask for a sample audit and get_sample_audit returns a full report for example.com in the same shape a real audit produces. To audit real domains, subscribe ($10/month, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new customers) and create a key at api.website-auditor.io/admin_portal. Restart your client after adding the key.
