Em de## What is Bounce Watch
Bounce Watch answers the timing question about a company: not who they are, but what changed there and when.
It holds three million dated events across 39 types — funding rounds, senior hires, office openings, expansions, partnerships, named customer wins, certifications, layoffs and distress indicators. Each is weighted 1 to 10, so an agent ranks by substance instead of counting rows. A closed round and a conference booth are not the same fact.
What you can ask
- Which companies in a market raised recently and are hiring for a given function
- What has happened at one company, dated, with sources
- Which companies show momentum but have not raised yet
- What moved across a list of accounts since a given date
- Whether an existing account is showing risk signals — senior departures, layoffs, distress indicators
Ten tools, five ready-made workflows
Eight of the ten tools only read. Two write: one spends scanning budget to re-scan a company on demand, the other registers a standing watch. Both are annotated, so a client can gate them behind approval instead of guessing.
The five ready-made prompts are pre-round radar, why-now for an account, funded-and-hiring, account brief, and risk scan.

It can wake your agent
MCP is request-response: a server can only answer. Register a watch on a company and the next matching event is delivered out of band — pushed to your webhook, and queued for a free follow-up call. That is the difference between an agent that finds out when someone asks and one that finds out when it happens.
Every answer says how recently we looked
An empty signal list and "this company is quiet" are the same JSON, and a model will confidently report the second one. So every response carries a coverage block stating whether absence means anything, and the server's own instructions tell the model not to call a company quiet on stale coverage.
Filters work the same way: an unrecognised funding stage is rejected with the list of valid values rather than returning a handful of rows that look like an answer.
Connecting
Press Connect and approve in the browser — OAuth 2.1, no key to paste. If your client cannot do OAuth, send an API key as the X-API-Key header instead.
Every new account starts with 2,500 free credits. No card, no expiry. Paid plans start at 99 EUR per month, and the MCP server shares the key and credit pool with the Bounce Watch REST API — there is no separate subscription.
