Zoho CRM MCP Server by CData is a local, read-only MCP server that allows LLMs (e.g., Claude Desktop) to query live Zoho CRM data using natural language. It wraps the CData JDBC Driver for Zoho CRM, which exposes Zoho CRM as relational SQL models, and makes that data available through the Model Context Protocol — no SQL required from the user.

How to use Zoho CRM MCP Server by CData?

Clone the repository, build the JAR with Maven (mvn clean install), then download and license the CData JDBC Driver for Zoho CRM. Configure your connection string using the driver’s utility, create a .prp file with JDBC properties (prefix, server name, driver path, JDBC URL, etc.), and add the server to your client’s MCP configuration (e.g., claude_desktop_config.json). The server uses stdio transport and runs on the same machine as the client.
