How to use Todo App?

Set up the API and mobile app separately. Install dependencies with npm install in both api/ and mobile-app/ directories, configure environment variables (MONGODB_URI, JWT_SECRET, EXPO_PUBLIC_API_URL), then start the API server with npm run dev and the mobile app with npm start.
