ReadyPermit is an MCP server that connects AI assistants to instant property intelligence for any U.S. address. It analyzes zoning, buildability, ADU eligibility, and environmental risk using 20+ government data sources across all 50 states and 3,100+ counties.
How to use ReadyPermit?
Install via npx -y readypermit-mcp and set the MAPBOX_TOKEN environment variable. Configure the MCP server in Claude Desktop (add to claude_desktop_config.json), Cursor (Features > MCP > Add Server), or ChatGPT Desktop (Settings > MCP Servers). After setup, users can prompt their assistant with property‑related questions to trigger analysis.
