What is StableMCP?

StableMCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for generating images using Stable Diffusion. It implements JSON‑RPC 2.0 and is intended for developers who want to integrate AI image generation into LLM‑based tools or services.

How to use StableMCP?

Clone the repository, run make config, make build, and make run (or ./bin/stablemcp server --config configs/.stablemcp.yaml). Generate an image by sending a POST request to http://localhost:8080/v1/generate with a JSON body containing the prompt, width, height, and optional parameters. Use the /mcp endpoint for MCP initialize requests.
