Body language for AI agents, on your terms

SomaCheck turns a consented three-second phone gesture into an Aligned or Unaligned signal with confidence, giving your agent context for how a thought or choice lands for you, while you remain the authority.

How it works

1. Ask your agent for a SomaCheck vibecheck, or accept an optional check it offers.
2. Review the first-person proposition on your own phone and complete the gesture.
3. Your agent retrieves the signal and confidence and can help you reflect or reframe. You decide what it means and what happens next.

What you can use it for

• Decision clarification: Reflect on a first-person statement when words are not resolving a choice.
• Creative and work-direction guidance: Check a statement such as “I want to keep going in this direction,” then discuss whether to continue, simplify, or reframe.
• Pre-send reflection: Check “I want to send this as written” before deciding whether to revise or send. The signal never authorizes sending.

Connect your agent

Install the SomaCheck iOS public beta, complete in-app calibration, and use your own SomaCheck account on both the phone and connector.

For clients supporting remote MCP with OAuth, add this Streamable HTTP server URL:

Sign in with your own SomaCheck account when prompted. The Config tab shows a URL-based example; client configuration formats vary. See the hosted setup guide for connection and troubleshooting instructions.

For Claude Code, the public repository documents the plugin and account-linking flow. The local runtime is @somacheck/vibecheck@0.6.13; the Claude plugin version is independently numbered. Claude Code Channel continuation requires an open, channel-enabled session and Anthropic allowlisting or an administrator-approved channel policy; development testing has a separate warning-gated startup. This is not automatic continuation in Claude.ai or every MCP client.

• request_vibecheck — Request one consented phone vibecheck and wait briefly for its result.
• get_vibecheck_result — Retrieve the result or status using the exact request handle.
• get_vibecheck_context — Read recent completed check-ins for the authorized connection.
• get_vibecheck_status — Read reflection-feed status and available capacity.
• post_vibecheck_statement — Add authorized reflections to the feed for later; not proof of phone delivery.
• share_somacheck_context — Share bounded, separately authorized observations, never raw conversation text.

A live phone request and a statement saved to the reflection feed are different operations. Ask explicitly for a phone vibecheck when you want to complete one now.

Privacy and human authority

Raw motion data and private conversation history are not sent through this connector. A reading contains the proposition, Aligned or Unaligned signal, and confidence; bounded request status and separately authorized feedback may also be available.

The signal is context, never objective truth, diagnosis, authorization, approval, or a decision. Do not use SomaCheck to evaluate, rank, monitor, or gate another person.

SomaCheck is a general wellness tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Project and licensing

SomaCheck is owned and operated by Sensie. The public repository contains plugin manifests, an agent skill, and local-runtime packaging; the hosted service is operated separately by Sensie. The public local npm runtime is MIT-licensed; that does not license the hosted service or the iOS app under MIT.
