概览

What is SheetsFinance?

SheetsFinance turns a request like "build me a DCF for NVDA" or "compare the margins of AAPL, MSFT and GOOGL" into a working spreadsheet, not a static table pasted into chat.

Ask for a valuation model, comparable companies table, earnings analysis, dividend tracker, watchlist or options dashboard. SheetsFinance either hands you one of its published models with your ticker filled in, or plans validated SheetsFinance formulas and builds a new Excel workbook around them, with your inputs, assumptions and calculations.

The numbers load inside your own Google Sheet or Excel workbook through the SheetsFinance add-on, and they keep refreshing: quotes, 30+ years of financial statements, ratios, estimates, dividends, ETFs, crypto and US options for 80,000+ symbols. Nothing is copied into the chat, so the model stays current and auditable.

Connect

Add https://data.sheetsfinance.com/mcp as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client that supports remote servers. The first time it connects, sign in on sheetsfinance.com (or create an account with a 15-day free trial, no card required). Teams can approve with a Connection ID from their admin.

Tools

model_catalog, get_model: browse SheetsFinance's published models (DCF, WACC, Graham number, DuPont, growth, earnings, ETF, dividend and total return, watchlists, portfolio trackers) and get one with your ticker filled in.
workbook_plan, create_workbook: plan validated SheetsFinance formulas for a custom request and build a new Excel workbook around them.
function_describe: exact arguments, metrics and options for every SheetsFinance function.
docs_list, docs_search, docs_get: search and read the SheetsFinance docs.

Excel files are download links that last 7 days. Google Sheets users get a copy link to the published model; custom workbooks are Excel only for now.
Each account can create 50 files a day. Data access follows your SheetsFinance plan.
