Switch the Transport Type to `SSE` and enter the server’s URL (e.g., `http://localhost:8787/sse`) as the MCP server URL, then click “Connect”. You will be shown a mock login screen.

How do I connect Claude Desktop to my remote server?

Edit the Claude Desktop configuration file and add an entry under `mcpServers` that uses `npx mcp-remote` pointing to your `/sse` URL (e.g., `https://worker-name.account-name.workers.dev/sse`). Restart Claude to apply the change.

How do I deploy the server to Cloudflare?

Run `npx wrangler kv namespace create OAUTH_KV` and add the returned namespace ID to `wrangler.jsonc`. Then execute `npm run deploy` to publish the Worker.

How do I debug connection issues?

Restart Claude, or test the MCP server directly from the command line with `npx mcp-remote http://localhost:8787/sse`. If needed, clear the authentication cache by removing `~/.mcp-auth`.
