What is Pickle?

Pickle is the free AI ops manager for ClickUp, Slack and Teams. It catches what slips through: stale tasks, dropped promises, decisions lost in DMs. Runs on your own machine with your own token. No account, no telemetry. Works in Claude, Cursor, Codex, Cline, Zed.

How to use Pickle

Install in one command: curl -fsSL https://pickle.adityaarsharma.com/install.sh | bash, or add npx pickle-mcp to your MCP client config with your own ClickUp / Slack / Teams token. Then ask your AI to audit your workspace.

Key features

  • Stale in-progress: "doing" for days, zero activity
  • Dropped promises: "I'll do X by Friday" with no follow-through
  • Decisions buried in DMs: a call made in a thread that never became a task
  • Delegations nobody chased: you asked, it never landed, everyone forgot
  • 13 patterns total: 9 run on ClickUp alone, plus 4 cross-tool ones with a Slack or Teams token

Why it is different

ClickUp Brain, Slack AI and Copilot each only see their own app. Pickle reads across all three and tells you what fell between them. Free, local, open source (MIT).
