What is North Noir?

North Noir makes AI-drawn video from chat. Connect it to Claude, Cursor or Claude Code and ask for a video: the model plans the film, writes a drawing program for every scene, renders each frame at 30 fps, reviews its own frames and redraws its mistakes. The result is a finished video on an editable timeline with narration, music and sound effects, and you can change one section without redoing the rest.

Tools

• create_drawn_video: ask for a complete video by subject, runtime or visual direction; it splits the brief into timed sections and draws each frame in code at 30 fps
• create_drawn_video_project, plan_drawn_video, confirm_drawn_video: for a longer film, plan it first and review the section breakdown and token quote before anything renders
• get_job, list_jobs, stop_job: follow, list or stop render jobs
• generate_story, get_story, generate_story_audio: write a story (1,000 to 150,000 words, four languages) and narrate it
• generate_narration, generate_music, generate_sfx: add a voiceover, music or sound effects
• inspect_project, adjust_project_graphic, export_project: review, refine and export the project
• list_drawn_video_options, list_providers, set_drawing_model, add_provider_key, list_provider_keys: choose the drawing model, or bring your own API key

Sign in with OAuth in your browser the first time. An API key (nn_live_...) also works for developer workflows.

Pricing

There is a free plan to try. Paid tool calls use the same token wallet as the North Noir app, with no separate MCP subscription. Finished files are kept for 30 days.
