Nebelus is an enterprise agentic-AI platform for regulated industries. This MCP server exposes the Nebelus Construction API: ~48 tools that give an MCP client full agent build parity — create/update/probe agents, edit agent graphs, attach knowledge and vector stores, wire connectors, set governance policies and guardrails, enable grounding-trace (claim-to-source verification), and read deployment wiring. Point Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor at it and build a governed agent in your own organization. Agents are always created as drafts; there is no deploy tool over MCP by design — publishing happens in the Nebelus console. Data residency is enforced per region (EU / GCC-KSA).

What is Nebelus

Nebelus is an enterprise agentic-AI platform for regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, finance, government). This MCP server is a facade over the Nebelus Construction API — it lets an MCP client build and govern real AI agents in your own Nebelus organization, entirely from code or chat.
