What is Lamda?

Lamda is the built-in MCP (Model Context Protocol) server embedded in the FIRERPA Android device control platform. It runs directly on the Android device with no extra runtime dependencies, supports Android 6.0+ in both root and non-root modes, and enables AI agents (like Claude and Cursor) to control the device via tool calls, resource reads, prompts, and real‑time logs over a streamable‑HTTP transport.

How to use Lamda?

Lamda is accessed through the /mcp/ endpoint of a running FIRERPA server on your Android device. Any MCP client that supports streamable‑HTTP (e.g., Claude Desktop, Cursor) can connect to this endpoint. Official extensions for Lamda live under ~/modules/extension on the device.

Key features of Lamda

  • Streamable‑HTTP transport for real‑time tool calls and notifications.
  • Supports tool invocation, resource reads, prompts, and progress logs.
  • Compatible with Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients.
  • Built‑in agent command for natural‑language device control via OpenAI‑compatible APIs.
  • Vision‑mode support for AI‑driven screen understanding.
  • Official MCP extensions under ~/modules/extension.

Use cases of Lamda

  • Automate Android device tasks using natural‑language commands from an AI assistant.
  • Let Claude or Cursor read device state and trigger UI actions, packet captures, or reverse‑engineering hooks.
  • Schedule AI‑driven workflows on real devices using the built‑in crontab integration.
  • Build
