Catalyst Governance is hosted middleware for AI agents that intercepts agent actions (file writes, code deploys, messages, external API calls) and enforces organizational policy before the action proceeds. It provides a governance layer for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and any MCP-compatible client without requiring self-hosting.

How to use Catalyst Governance?
