What is Cardboard AI?

Cardboard is an AI video editor for turning raw footage into finished videos, from social clips and highlight reels to product demos, vlogs and event recaps. With the Cardboard app in Claude or ChatGPT, describe the video you want and turn your clips, photos, recordings, or a link into an edit you can watch, change and export right in the chat.

What you can do

FAQ

Can ChatGPT edit videos? Yes, with the Cardboard app connected. You upload your footage, ask for the edit in plain words, and ChatGPT uses Cardboard to cut, caption and export the video.

Can Claude edit videos? Yes, with the Cardboard connector. Claude uses Cardboard's tools to edit your footage on a real timeline and shows each edit in a player in the chat.

What do I need? A Cardboard account and Claude or ChatGPT.

What can Cardboard see? Only your Cardboard projects and the requests the assistant sends. The assistant never gets your password, and Cardboard never sees your conversation.
