What is Backlane?

Backlane brings your eCommerce work into your AI chat. It is a hosted remote MCP server that connects your marketplace seller accounts to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and any other MCP client.

Native integrations with OTTO Market and Kaufland, plus 50+ Mirakl-based marketplaces such as home24, Decathlon, XXXLutz, Conforama, MediaMarktSaturn, Leroy Merlin, Fnac Darty and Carrefour.

What you can do

Orders and shipments: list open orders, ship, cancel and refund
Stock, offers and prices: find low stock and update prices and inventory across channels
Listing health: find out why a SKU or EAN is not live, rejected or missing mandatory or GPSR data
Mirakl product data: fix Catalog Manager errors and failed product imports
Kaufland Buybox: compare your key products with the leading offer
OTTO Sponsored Product Ads: campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords and performance reports
Customer service: answer buyer tickets and messages, resolve incidents, accept or reject returns
Cross-marketplace analysis: compare sales of the same products across channels

Getting started

Create a free account at app.getbacklane.com and connect your marketplace accounts there. Credentials never go into the chat.
Add https://app.getbacklane.com/mcp to your MCP client.
Sign in with OAuth and ask: "Is Backlane working? Which marketplaces are connected?"
