YOUB MCP Server - a remote MCP server that gives your AI assistant access to your own endurance training data.
Connect it once from Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code and ask about yesterday's intervals, where your form stands eight weeks out from a race, or what your HRV has done this month. With write access granted, the assistant doesn't just talk about training — it plans it: create_session builds a full workout structure with intervals, repeats and targets by heart rate, power or pace, resolved against your actual training zones, and your existing device connection puts it on the watch for the day.
