Edit Claude Desktop’s configuration file to add the server with the path to dist/index.js and the environment variables TRELLO_API_KEY and TRELLO_TOKEN, then restart Claude Desktop. After setup, use natural language commands such as “Show me all my Trello boards” or “Create a new card called ‘Update documentation’ in the To Do list.”
