Overview
What is Syntitan?
Syntitan is an official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for CUBIG’s AI-Ready Data Platform. It securely connects Claude and other MCP-compatible clients to Syntitan through natural language, enabling enterprise data management and AI execution.
How to use Syntitan?
Add Syntitan as a remote MCP server in your client using the endpoint URL https://mcp.syntitan.ai/mcp. On first connection, your browser opens the Syntitan sign-in page; log in and authorize access. No API keys are stored in the client.
Key features of Syntitan
- Eleven tools for data exploration, profiling, refinement, and AI readiness diagnosis.
- Authenticates via OAuth 2.0; credentials never shared with the MCP client.
- All traffic served over HTTPS/TLS.
- PII columns are auto-masked in sample rows and column profiles.
- Refinement consumes credits and saves results as a new snapshot.
- Supports Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, and other MCP clients.
Use cases of Syntitan
- List accessible datasets with version, row/column counts, AI Readiness score, and last-modified time.
- Get a dataset’s overall AI Readiness score with per-category breakdown and top-priority issues.
- Drill into a specific AI Readiness category to see which columns contributed.
- Retrieve sampled rows with PII columns masked; refuse if unmasked PII is present.
- Run preprocessing and de-identification on a dataset, then view AI Readiness changes.
