SYNCHRO Perform MCP Server provides Claude with comprehensive access to the SYNCHRO Perform API v2, enabling interaction with construction project management data such as projects, activities, resources, schedules, and more. It is designed for users who need to query and manage SYNCHRO Perform data directly from an MCP-compatible AI assistant.
Install dependencies with pip install -r requirements.txt, then configure authentication by copying .env.example to .env and setting SYNCHRO_BASE_URL, SYNCHRO_CLIENT_TOKEN, and SYNCHRO_USER_TOKEN. Finally, add the server configuration to your claude_desktop_config.json. When querying data, follow the sequential API pattern: first call list_projects to obtain a project UUID, then use that UUID with filter[project][uuid]=<uuid> on other endpoints.
People creation requires `project_uuid`, `given_names`, `family_name`, `initials`, `company`, `work_role`, `work_role_category`, `resource_assignment_start`, and `tags`.
Many SYNCHRO endpoints require a project UUID to filter results; calling `list_projects` first obtains the necessary UUIDs for subsequent filtered queries.
The server requires Python 3.11 and the packages listed in `requirements.txt`.
Set `SYNCHRO_BASE_URL`, `SYNCHRO_CLIENT_TOKEN`, and `SYNCHRO_USER_TOKEN` in your `.env` file.
