SingleStore MCP Server by CData is a read-only Model Context Protocol server that lets LLMs like Claude Desktop query live data in SingleStore using natural language. It wraps the CData JDBC Driver for SingleStore, exposing the database as relational SQL models through a simple MCP interface.

How to use SingleStore MCP Server by CData?

Clone the repository, build with mvn clean install, download and license the CData JDBC Driver for SingleStore, and create a .prp file with the connection properties. Configure Claude Desktop by adding the server to claude_desktop_config.json with the path to Java, the JAR, and the .prp file. Run java -jar CDataMCP-jar-with-dependencies.jar <path>.prp to start the server.
