Overview

What is Relaticle?

Relaticle is an open-source CRM (AGPL-3.0) with a built-in MCP server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client, and your agent can search, read, create and update companies, people, opportunities, tasks and notes, custom fields included.

How to connect

  • Hosted: add https://mcp.relaticle.com as a remote MCP server. Your client opens Relaticle's sign-in page (OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE), and you choose one workspace on the consent screen.
  • Self-hosted: run Relaticle with Docker and connect to your instance's /mcp endpoint.
  • Personal access token: create one in Relaticle under Settings, Access Tokens, and send it as a bearer token.

What you can ask

  • Which opportunities in my pipeline have had no activity in the last two weeks?
  • Add Acme Robotics as a company and Dana Lee as a person there, then create a follow-up task for Friday.
  • Summarize everything we know about Northwind Traders, including notes and open tasks.
  • Draft a follow-up email to Dana from my connected mailbox.

Good to know

  • Claude acts with your own role in the workspace you chose.
  • Writes made over MCP save directly, the same as edits in the app.
  • Emails are held for a few minutes before they send, so you can cancel them. Email tools need a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox connected in Relaticle.
  • The hosted service starts with a 14-day trial, no card required.

Frequently asked questions

1

What is the Relaticle remote MCP server?

The Relaticle remote MCP server is a hosted Model Context Protocol endpoint at https://mcp.relaticle.com, so AI assistants can connect to it without installing or running anything locally.

Yes. Relaticle uses OAuth: the first time you connect, your MCP client opens a browser window to sign in and authorize access, then reuses the credentials for future sessions.

4

Which transport does the Relaticle MCP server use?

Relaticle exposes a Streamable HTTP endpoint, the transport used by remote MCP servers and supported by all major MCP clients.
