How to use quasar-mcp-server?

Deploy quasar and quasar-mcp-server to Cloud Run using make build deploy. Then configure an MCP client’s settings.json with the server’s Cloud Run URL under "mcp.servers.quasar.url". For local development, run make proxy and point the URL to http://127.0.0.1:3000/mcp.
