What is monadomain-mcp?

monadomain-mcp lets an AI agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI) buy a domain name for the app it is building, right inside the coding session, and pay in Vietnamese dong with VAT included. It is the domain-focused alias of monacloud-mcp by The MONA Group (Vietnam, 14,000+ projects since 2016). Product site: monadomain.vn.

What it does

• Search and price (cloud_domain_search) any name across 371 TLDs: .vn, .com.vn, .id.vn, .com, .net, .io, .ai, .app, .dev, .shop, .store and more. Prices are returned in VND with VAT, straight from the registrar.
• Reserve as a guest for 30 minutes and get a VietQR code. The user scans it with any Vietnamese banking app; money is credited automatically.
• Claim by signing in once with MONA Pass (Google, GitHub or email). The domain lands in the user's account and the agent continues.
• Attach the domain to a deployed app: DNS records, SSL, nameservers, renewals, WHOIS-style health check.
• .vn registration: the agent fills the VNNIC registrant form; the human verifies identity once, as Vietnamese law requires.

The agent calls cloud_domain_search → asks you to confirm spelling and budget → cloud_domain_reserve (prints the VietQR) → you scan and open the claim link → cloud_domain_attach wires DNS and SSL.
