Do I need to keep the extension running?

No. The extension only captures credentials when you click Sync or Re-sync. Leagues are auto-discovered and stored after that.

Is Flaim a chatbot?

No. Flaim is an authentication and data service that provides MCP tools. It does not generate AI responses itself; it only exposes your ESPN fantasy data to the AI assistant you choose.
